In the winter of 2013, a young life was cut short on the streets of East Baltimore. Devonte Jabrell Mckeever, a 22-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the night of Saturday, December 14th. The incident occurred at approximately 10:45 p.m. in the 200 block of Aisquith Street in the Pleasant View Gardens neighborhood.
