In the spring of 2013, the life of 33-year-old Terrance Parker, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in a burst of violence on a Baltimore street. On the evening of May 5th, on the 2900 block of East Monument Street, a triple shooting erupted, leaving Parker fatally wounded.
