In the early morning hours of April 4, 2022, a sense of dread fell over a Midtown Atlanta neighborhood. Desmond Ramone Key, a 35-year-old man, was walking outside the Dagny Midtown apartment complex on Juniper Street when a dark gray sedan pulled up beside him.
