In what was initially reported as a suicide, the death of 36-year-old Shyanne Bernice Schroeder on March 27, 2022, in Gray, Georgia, was later ruled a homicide, leading to the arrest of her husband. Deputies from the Jones County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call at a residence on Holloman Road where they discovered Schroeder deceased from a gunshot wound to the head.
