On the evening of November 26, 2021, Juan Lopez, a 29-year-old male, went to wash his truck and then stopped to deposit money at a Wells Fargo ATM on East Point Street. While at the ATM, he was on the phone with his sister, who was asking about his clothing sizes for his upcoming 30th birthday. During the call, his sister overheard someone demand the keys to his truck. Lopez was heard pleading with the assailant, saying, 'No, bro. Don't do this to me. I know you.'
