On a summer evening in 2019, the life of 18-year-old Richard Lee Jackson Jr. was tragically cut short in Clayton County, Georgia. The young male was discovered on the evening of July 18th, lying facedown in a grassy area near the curb at the intersection of Crystal Lake Road and Warrington Place. When authorities arrived at the scene around 8 p.m., they found that Jackson had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was already deceased.
