On the night of October 8, 2021, a burst of gunfire on Grier Street in Macon, Georgia, tragically cut short the life of 21-year-old Aquanis Keshawn Howard, an African American male. Howard was one of two men who fell victim to the fatal shooting. He was quickly transported to Piedmont Macon Hospital after sustaining gunshot wounds.
