In the early morning hours of June 3, 2018, the life of 18-year-old Chloe Cartierra Dowdy was tragically cut short in a southeast Atlanta home. Responding to a call about a shooting at approximately 7:10 a.m. on Bromack Drive, police discovered a grim scene.
