In the spring of 2011, a young man's life was cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Julian Prince Turner, a 19-year-old male, was discovered late on the night of Wednesday, April 20, 2011, in the 600 block of Bartlett Avenue. He was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, including at least one to the head. Emergency services transported him to Johns Hopkins Hospital, but his injuries proved to be too severe, and he died shortly after his arrival.
