Kevin Jackson, a 16-year-old Black male, was shot on March 6, 2017, in the 800 block of Crosby Street in Savannah, Georgia, in what began as an abrupt encounter on a neighborhood street and ended with him being rushed to a hospital, where he died from his wound.
