In the late hours of a spring night in Athens, Georgia, the life of 18-year-old Jordorian 'Jojo' Randolph was tragically cut short. Just before 1 a.m. on a Friday in May 2014, police responded to a call on Westchester Circle. There, tucked behind some hedges near a home, they found Randolph suffering from a gunshot wound.
