In the autumn of 2009, a young Black man named Joshua Mckinny, aged 24, became a victim of violence in Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of October 24th, Mckinny was shot in the 2000 block of North Wolfe Street. The incident left him with critical injuries, and he was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital for medical attention.
