Darrel Gonzales Jr., a 39-year-old male, lost his life in a shooting on August 4, 2022, in the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans. A commercial fisherman and father of two, Gonzales was one of two fatalities in the incident, which also left a third person wounded.
