In the late morning of December 23, 2021, a dispute over money between cousins in Shreveport, Louisiana, ended in tragedy. Twenty-year-old Katrayvon B. Hill was shot multiple times outside a convenience store in the Allendale neighborhood. The incident occurred just before 10:00 a.m. in the 1500 block of Madison Avenue.
