Elroy Raymond, a 22-year-old male from Harvey, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on the night of Saturday, November 2, 2019. The incident that led to his untimely death unfolded at the 24/7 Lounge, located on the Westbank Expressway in Gretna. A beloved son and brother, Elroy was shot during an altercation at the lounge.
