In the city of New Orleans, on February 24, 2010, Travis St. Tell Arnold, a 30-year-old male, met a violent end. A lifelong resident of the city, he was a graduate of Joseph S. Clark Sr. High School and worked for the Municipal Yacht Harbor and Veolia Industrial Services. He was a devoted husband and a father to eight children, five daughters and three sons. His life, however, was cut short in a manner that would later be detailed in a federal indictment.
