William Crawford, a 35-year-old male of Black or Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically murdered on the morning of September 8, 2018, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found on the sidewalk in the 1900 block of Hartel Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
