Ronnie Pearson, a 20-year-old male from Shreveport, was tragically found dead on January 30, 2022, in Cherokee County, Texas. He and another man, Jakari Hogan, were discovered with apparent gunshot wounds on the side of Highway 79 East near the Cherokee and Rusk County line. The investigation revealed that both men had been shot and killed.
