Richard Lamm, a 56-year-old man from Dayton, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2020. His death was part of a violent shooting spree carried out by Michael Wettstein, a 60-year-old man from the same area. The incident began when Wettstein, who had a history of erratic behavior and complaints about dogs roaming freely in the neighborhood, opened fire on multiple homes along County Road 4901.
