Nicholette Briscoe, a 28-year-old African-American woman from Channelview, Texas, tragically lost her life on December 9, 2016. She was one of four victims found shot to death inside a burning car on Market Street in Channelview. The other victims were identified as Christopher Chaney , Willie Norman , and Kelcii Flintroy . Investigators determined that all four victims died from gunshot wounds to the head.
