Nicholette Briscoe, a 28-year-old African-American woman from Channelview, Texas, tragically lost her life on December 9, 2016. She was one of four victims found shot to death inside a burning car on Market Street in Channelview. The other victims were identified as Christopher Chaney , Willie Norman , and Kelcii Flintroy . Investigators determined that all four victims died from gunshot wounds to the head.

concluding that the victims were likely killed elsewhere before their bodies were placed in the car and set on fire to cover up the crime.
