In the West End neighborhood of Atlanta, a community was shaken by the violent death of Abraham Malobe, a 43-year-old man. On the evening of March 12, 2025, Malobe was ambushed while driving on Lee Street, near the West End MARTA station. The attack was sudden and brutal, leaving his vehicle riddled with bullet holes. Responding to the chaotic scene around 9:10 p.m., Atlanta and MARTA police officers discovered Malobe with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition
