In the early morning hours of a late June day in Birmingham, Alabama, the body of 37-year-old Catina Skipper was discovered. It was just before 6 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2013, when authorities were called to an alley behind a home in the 200 block of 83rd Street North, near East Lake Park.
