In the predawn hours of Friday, March 27, 2026, the life of 22-year-old Douglas Roberson of Coushatta, Louisiana, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. A Black male, Roberson was discovered by Natchitoches Police Department officers around 2:54 a.m. in the 3800 block of University Parkway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
