In the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 21, 2016, the life of 27-year-old Edwin Breazeale, a male resident of Philadelphia, was tragically cut short. At approximately 1:21 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers were dispatched to the unit block of North 51st Street in West Philadelphia after receiving a report. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Breazeale inside a vehicle.
