In the early morning hours of a Sunday in late November 2014, the life of 35-year-old Keyot Marks came to a violent end in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. It was just after 2:30 a.m. on November 30th when police responded to calls on Edgely Street near 29th. There, they discovered Marks, a male resident of Mayfair, who had been shot in the head. Paramedics who arrived at the scene pronounced him dead.
