Nakysha Richardson was a 19-year-old Black / African American female whose life ended in the early hours of July 6, 2020, in Wilmington, Delaware. Shortly after midnight, Wilmington police were called to the 800 block of North Pine Street on the city's East Side for a shooting. When officers arrived at about 12:15 a.m., they found Richardson suffering from gunshot wounds. She was rushed to a hospital in critical condition, but she did not survive.
