In the summer of 2021, the life of 11-month-old Raylee Dior Allen was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. On the evening of July 20th, the infant was in a car with her mother and another person in the 800 block of 12th Street North when gunfire erupted. A bullet struck young Raylee, and despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
