On a Tuesday night in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 16-year-old Caucasian female Alexis Elizabeth Wise was tragically cut short. On November 12, 2024, she was found in a car on the sidewalk of Princeton Avenue Southwest, the victim of gun violence. Alongside her was 21-year-old Joshua Wayne Parsons, who was also deceased.
