In the winter of 2023, a dispute that began at an Andalusia Walmart in Covington County, Alabama, tragically escalated, leading to the death of 19-year-old Cammeon Franklin. On the evening of December 9th, an altercation at the retail store resulted in a vehicle pursuit through the county roads.
