In the cold of a January evening in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 39-year-old Timothy Gabriel Hall, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On January 17, 2021, Hall was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the West End area of the city. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
