Do you know who murdered Terrance Sanders? In the early hours of Monday, July 5, 2004, a sense of calm was shattered in the 500 block of Atlantic Street, SE in Washington, D.C. At approximately 1:20 a.m., a man identified as Terrance Sanders was shot and killed. He was seated inside a car when the fatal incident occurred.
