Qasim Felder, a 25-year-old Black male, was killed on Saturday, November 14, 2020, in New Castle, Delaware, after gunfire broke the afternoon calm in the Appleby Estates community. Around 4:00 p.m., New Castle County Police officers were called to the area of Estates Drive and Conlin Court for a report of shots fired. When they arrived, they found Felder suffering from gunshot wounds.
