Tre Devon Lyons, a 22-year-old resident of Saint Augustine, Florida, was fatally shot on November 27, 2023. He was found dead inside a vehicle along with another victim, 21-year-old Cody James Bennett, on the 500 block of North Orange Street in West Augustine. The incident occurred late Monday night, with deputies responding to the scene around 11:30 p.m. to find a vehicle that had crashed into a fence, containing the two men who had died from apparent gunshot injuries.
