In the Gentilly Terrace neighborhood of New Orleans, a life was cut short on the afternoon of Saturday, February 4, 2023. Ryan Rylo Williams Jr., a 23-year-old male, was discovered inside a crashed vehicle at the intersection of Clover Street and Franklin Avenue around 4:30 p.m. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, marking another victim of gun violence in the city.
