Do you know who killed 19 year old Christopher Taylor in 1995?
On March 21, 1995, 19-year-old Christopher Taylor was shot and killed outside his home in Leesburg, Florida. The incident occurred around 1:50 am, when three men in a vehicle pulled up behind Taylor’s residence at 906 Edmonds Street. Taylor and a witness were outside when they noticed the car drive by twice. The vehicle eventually stopped, and one of the men got out, drew a handgun, and demanded money from Taylor. A struggle ensued, during which Taylor was shot twice. The suspects then fled the scene in their car.
The primary suspect was described as a Black male between 18 and 25 years old at the time of the incident, standing around six feet tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds. He had shoulder-length black, curly hair. The suspect vehicle was reported to be similar to a 1980 or 1981 gold or light brown Chevrolet Monte Carlo with chrome strips on the sides. Unfortunately, there were no clear descriptions of the two other men who remained in the car during the shooting.
The case remains unsolved, and the Leesburg Police Department has continued to seek information from the public.
