In the autumn of 2024, a young life was abruptly cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. Jamil Richardson, a 25-year-old Black male, was found the afternoon of Saturday, October 5th. Patrolling officers from the Northern District discovered his unresponsive body in a rear alleyway in the 500 block of Sheridan Avenue.
