Mr. Ronald Anthony Carroll Jr., a 46-year-old male, was fatally shot in Baltimore, Maryland. In the early hours of August 22, 2024, at approximately 12:21 a.m., Baltimore Police Department's Eastern District patrol officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of East North Avenue following a Shot Spotter alert. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Carroll suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
