On a Thursday evening in October, the life of 44-year-old Kevin Jason Paul of Silver Spring was tragically cut short. The male victim was found in a parking lot in the 3400 block of 52nd Avenue in the Hyattsville area on October 19, 2023, at approximately 10:05 p.m., suffering from gunshot wounds.
