In the fading daylight of February 21, 2022, the life of 18-year-old Caron Simpkins was tragically cut short on a street in Landover, Maryland. A young male, Simpkins was found by responding officers in the 1400 block of Nalley Terrace, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
