In the South Clifton Park neighborhood of Baltimore, the life of 28-year-old David Boykin, a male rapper known as President Davo, was cut short on October 6, 2023. Boykin was sitting on a porch on Cliftwood Avenue when an assailant emerged from an alley and fired multiple shots, inflicting fatal wounds. First responders found him unresponsive, and he was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
