On a late Friday afternoon in Baltimore, the life of Larry Michael Kirkland, a 31-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On September 22, 2023, at approximately 3:48 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the 2800 block of Saint Lo Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Kirkland suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
