In the summer of 2023, a violent act shattered the peace of a Baltimore neighborhood and ended the life of William Arthur Stewart III. A Black/African American male, Mr. Stewart was 48 years old at the time of his death. On the evening of June 10th, in the 2000 block of Ashton Street, the sound of gunfire echoed through the community. When the shots faded, Mr. Stewart was left with fatal gunshot wounds.
