In the spring of 2023, the life of a 29-year-old Black man, Dimante Fox, was tragically cut short on a street in Northeast Baltimore. On the afternoon of May 6th, at approximately 1:26 p.m., police responded to a call about a man lying in the street in the 5700 block of Perring Parkway. Upon arrival, officers discovered Fox unresponsive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
