In the early morning hours of March 16, 2023, the quiet of a West Baltimore street was shattered by the discovery of a young man's body. Just after 8:00 a.m., police responded to a call on the 600 block of North Arlington Avenue where they found 19-year-old Tavon Wilson, Jr. lying unresponsive in the street, suffering from gunshot wounds.
