In the late afternoon of March 2, 2023, violence shattered the day in the 100 block of Obery Court in Annapolis, Maryland. It was there that Raphael Hilton Johnson Jr., a 48-year-old African American male, was found suffering from a single gunshot wound to the back of his head.
