On March 23, 2024, at approximately 2:08 AM, a tragic incident occurred outside Club Tempo, located at 17650 Possum Point Rd in the Town of Dumfries, Virginia. Carvell Jarmain Williams, a 38-year-old man from Warrenton, VA, was fatally shot during an altercation in the parking lot of the nightclub.
