In the late hours of a Saturday in Atlanta, the life of 37-year-old Joe Frierson IV was tragically cut short. On the evening of September 28, 2013, police who were in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood on an unrelated matter discovered Frierson's body in a grassy area on Walker Street.
