In the early hours of March 17, 2024, the quiet of a Kansas City, Missouri neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. Responding to a call at approximately 1:26 a.m., police found the body of 35-year-old Levi Warner near 94th Terrace and Cable Road, in close proximity to the Parc at Creekside Apartments. Mr. Warner, a Black/African American male, had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical services.
