On a tragic night in Kansas City, Missouri, a 24-year-old Black female named Antoinette Brenson lost her life in a senseless act of violence. The incident unfolded in the early morning hours of May 21, 2023, at the Klymax Lounge nightclub, where a shooting broke out around 1:25 a.m., resulting in the death of Brenson and two other individuals, 41-year-old Jason McConnell and 33-year-old Clarence Henderson.
