In the Feltonville neighborhood of Philadelphia, the Memorial Day weekend of 2024 was shattered by a burst of gunfire that claimed the life of 34-year-old Devan Dell Harris. On the night of Sunday, May 26th, Harris was with a crowd of people on Rorer Street near Bingham when multiple shooters opened fire.
